Okay, it’s the first of the month and I have a wedding in about 7 months. (Date still unknown) These flabby arms of mine are NOT welcome at the wedding. So, who is interested in doing a push-up challenge with me? Here is the challenge I’m going to do. I can do several push-ups from my knees already, but it’s more effective to do full push-ups. This plan isn’t for complete beginners, but it doesn’t start off with outrageous numbers.
So, Day 1, 5 push-ups down. Who else is in?
